Do I need a Costco membership for the warehouse?
No. We shop with our own membership and guarantee you the in-store price.
Can I mix supermarket and Costco items?
Yes. Both go in the same cart and arrive as one order, with one delivery fee. Costco items are marked, and are only available in ZIP codes we serve from Costco.
Do you charge IVU?
No. You reimburse what we pay at the store, and the store receipt already includes its IVU. Checkout shows an estimate so the hold covers it.
Why is there a hold on my card?
When you pay by card or PayPal we hold the order total instead of charging it. Once your order is shopped we charge the final amount, so you only pay for what we actually found.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within one to two hours. You can also schedule a delivery window at checkout. For delivery within the hour, order through Uber Eats or DoorDash.
Can I schedule a delivery?
Yes. Choose a day and time window at checkout. Scheduled delivery costs the same as delivery today.
What happens if something is out of stock?
It comes off your total. Because card and PayPal orders are only held until shopping is done, you pay for what ends up in your bags.
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal or Venmo. Card and PayPal are held at checkout and charged after shopping; Venmo payments are confirmed by our team.
Can I order by phone or text?
Yes. Call or text 787-248-9420, or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll set up your delivery.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and track your order with a private link. An account saves your addresses, cards and favorites.
